No Country For Young Women

It was a proper privilege to Executive Produce this podcast and work with the very funny Sadia Azmat & Monty Onanuga. Their unique brand of acerbic wit and brutal honesty quickly found them a loyal listenership.

When we first pitched this podcast - and played the very colourful teaser episode - there were definitely some raised eyebrows. The BBC had never made a podcast quite like this. As you’ll hear below, it’s super raw and Sadia & Monty are very frank about their sex lives, their cultural struggles and, among other things, how white they think the BBC is.

During its three season run it was nominated for Best New Podcast at the British Podcast Awards and was named in The Guardian’s ‘Best Audio of 2018’.
